What we collect
When you submit an intake, we collect the contact details, home details, comfort problem, goals, uploaded files, and notes you provide. We may also store basic attribution details such as UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, landing page, and referrer so we can understand which marketing channels produce useful leads.
How we use it
We use your information to review your home cooling issue, prepare a second-opinion report, contact you about that report, improve the service, and measure marketing performance. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the app, store intake data and uploaded files, send email, and measure advertising performance. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your intake information by emailing hello@tryresily.com. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
